Thank you for shopping at www.audiofacto.com. We want you to be satisfied with your audio equipment (microphones, headphones, speakers). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and exchange services:

I. Return Terms
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
Returned items must be:
Unused, undamaged, and free of stains;
With complete packaging, instructions, accessories, and invoice;
Eligible for resale.
Returns are not accepted for the following:
Exceeded return period;
Used items;
Promotional or clearance items.

II. Exchange Policy
If the item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will exchange it for the same model or equivalent value free of charge.
If the exchange is due to personal reasons (such as selecting the wrong color or model), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

III. Refund Policy
We will process a refund within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be made to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Shipping costs and customs duties (if any) are not refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or incorrect shipment.

IV. Return Process
Contact customer service (email or phone) and state your order number, reason for return, and submit relevant documentation (such as photos).
After customer service confirms your return, they will provide a return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please securely package the product in its original packaging and return it to the designated address, marking the return number on the package.
After we confirm receipt and inspect the condition of the product, we will process your refund or exchange.

V. International Orders
International customers are responsible for their own shipping costs and any applicable customs duties and clearance fees.
If the return is due to product quality issues, we will reimburse the shipping costs, if applicable.
